Return Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted solely for damaged or defective merchandise. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email, providing your name and order number.
• SALE ITEMS are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

• Unauthorized returns will be declined and disposed of. No exchanges or store credit will be issued.
• Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and store credit provided.
• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by original packaging.

Exchanges

• We exclusively replace defective or damaged merchandise. For exchanges of identical items, please contact us via email.
• Exchanges are limited to identical items in cases of product defects or incorrect shipments.
